Personal data is not sold. Personal data is disclosed to other entities only to the extent necessary for the specified processing purpose, provision of services, fulfilment of legal obligations, or protection of the rights and legitimate interests of GAF a.s.

Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect rights and legally protected interests.
